How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You'll receive a password reset email from Firebase Authentication.

Can I export my financial data?

Currently, you can view all your data within the app. For data export requests, please contact us at hello@wisewallet.app and we'll assist you.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's secure infrastructure. We follow industry best practices for data security. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

How does the AI Assistant work?

The AI Assistant uses Google's Gemini AI to understand your natural language requests and help you manage transactions, budgets, and accounts. It can create transactions, transfer funds, and provide insights about your spending.

Can I use WiseWallet on multiple devices?

Yes! Your data is stored in the cloud (Firebase), so you can log in from any device and access your financial information.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the app settings. You have two options: delete only financial data (for a fresh start) or delete your entire account. See our Data Deletion page for detailed instructions.

Is WiseWallet free to use?

Yes, WiseWallet is currently free to use with all features available.

What file formats can I attach to transactions?

You can attach images (photos of receipts) and PDF documents to your transactions. These attachments are stored securely in Firebase Storage.

How do custom budget cycles work?

Custom budget cycles let you create budgets for any timeframe that fits your lifestyle. For example, you can set a weekly grocery budget, a monthly fuel budget, or any other custom period. The app tracks your spending against each budget cycle independently.
